Every member of the team was helpful. I enjoyed the fact that we could talk to the specialist in their area and they were helpful in the management of the project. Nothing was too hard.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your approach to risk management during transformation?

We describe our approach as ‘no surprises’ risk management. This means identifying and communicating potential risks early, development mitigation strategies and ongoing monitoring.

How do you help organisations respond to market changes?

We help organisations to assess how market changes will impact their operations and to adapt to changes in a structured and planned way. Types of activities we can undertake include impact assessments, transformation roadmaps, and implementation strategies. Whatever change you are facing we bring the benefits of having helped other clients through similar changes in other industries or contexts.

What is benefits realisation and how do you implement it?

Benefits realisation is the process of tracking that expected benefits of a transformation are actually achieved. We implement it by establishing clear metrics at the beginning of a project, tracking progress throughout, and conducting post-implementation assessments to measure and document the actual outcomes and value delivered.

What makes your approach to transformation different from other management consultants?

We genuinely give a damn about our clients and making last impact. This means that we travel with you on the change journey rather than simply delivering a plan. We aren’t just technical experts, we also focus on the human elements of change – ensuring that people remain engaged and enthused for the changes.

How do you ensure transformations are sustainable long-term?

We design our transformation projects for long-term sustainability. This means we ensure that your team take ownership of the changes, and have the knowledge and capability to carry on the transformation after the project concludes. We ensure that the transformation has built in milestones and processes for continuous improvement to ensure the changes are adaptable to new challenges.

What are the most common challenges you see organisations face during transformations?

Some of the common challenges are not having a clear vision or objective for the change, unrealistic timeframes or expectations, insufficient resourcing to embed changes, and failure to sustain momentum. Many organisations worry about resistance to change but in our experience, resistance is often rooted in another problem (like a lack of clear vision for the change).
