We partner with other agencies or individuals on about a third of our projects. Our approach is based on building strong relationships with agreed ways of working, and we value the diverse perspectives our partners bring. We keep our partners involved in the project the whole way from planning to delivery and review.

Our Culture

We believe that a great office culture needs to be supported by plenty of opportunities to have fun together.

Regular team events

Team lunches, mid-winter Christmas parties, regular social club events and our infamous A+C touch and netball teams.

Volunteering

We enjoy giving back and have supported Forest and Bird to restore an area of New Zealand's Tanera Gully over the last few years. 

Annual Quiz Night

Our Annual Quiz Night is the highlight of the social calendar. The winning team gets a year of bragging rights, but everyone is guaranteed to have a great time.
