Juliette thrives in spaces where complex challenges meet creative solutions. Juliette is most passionate about supporting the improvement of health-based initiatives, including alcohol and drug harm reduction and mental health. She aims to help organisations create meaningful improvements for vulnerable communities. Her work transforms data insights into real-world impact. She draws on her educational and professional background in econometrics and data analytics, as well as her frontline experience in refugee support initiatives, poverty alleviation, and youth harm reduction programs. From this, she brings both analytical expertise and frontline understanding to her projects.  

Outside the office, you'll find her planning her next snowboarding adventure, spiking volleyballs at the beach, or playing the piano.
