As the Director of Consulting at Allen + Clarke, Linda translates complex challenges into actionable insights, driven by the belief that systems should work better for the people who need them most. Linda’s experience includes large-scale independent reviews, policy design and delivery, strategic reform, program design and management as well as evaluation and research. 

Linda has worked with clients across Australia including Commonwealth, state and territory governments, as well as not-for-profits. Linda’s background as a lawyer grounds her advocacy in real human experiences and she thrives when connecting the dots between stakeholder experiences, policy intentions, and practical realities to create genuine system improvement. 

When not leading transformative projects, Linda recharges by spending quality time with her partner and two children, practicing Pilates, or finding peace on her stand-up paddleboard.
