Kylie thrives on translating complexity into practical solutions. Her work spans health, policy, culture and capability development, emergency management, regulation, secretariat and program management—always focused on outcomes that improve systems and ultimately benefit communities.

Away from the office, Kylie scours for Crown Lynn treasures in op shops and lavishes attention on her anxious rescue cat Elaine, proving that sometimes the most rewarding projects are the ones that require perseverance.
