Will is motivated by the goal of making health and social systems work better for the people who need them most. As an evaluator and policy analyst Will enjoys projects that help organisations understand the impact they are having, that give voice to the people who deliver and use programs and services, and identify opportunities for meaningful change. His deep experience in stakeholder management and thematic research supports him to build strong relationships and uncover nuanced insights from his work. 

Will is particularly passionate about working in a way that centres equity and brings analytical rigour and cultural sensitivity to his work.  

Outside of the office, he enjoys pottery and playing football.
