Susan approaches evaluations with care, patience and careful attention. As an evaluation expert with over 15 years’ experience in evaluation and research, Susan helps organisations to uncover insights to better their impacts and improvements. Her experience includes leading evaluations in the clime change space across the Pacific and designing monitoring frameworks and her approaches lead to accessible insights that drive actionable change.

When she is not designing a new research methodology or helping organisations measure and improve their impact, she can be found coaching a junior football team, tending to her fruit trees, or mastering the intricacies of sailing in changing winds.
