Sonia believes that strong organisations are built by people who feel understood and share ownership of where they are heading. As Managing Director Australia at Allen + Clarke, she helps organisations grow and deliver better outcomes by combining commercial focus with true care for the people involved.

Her career spans more than 25 years across government and consulting, from educational and child psychology to executive leadership in UK local government and a Deputy Secretary role in Victoria's Department of Education and Training. She has led large, multi-agency services and built high-trust teams in demanding environments. Outside work, Sonia likes to walk, cycle and spend time with family and friends.
