Sam is an adaptable and values-based leader, with deep experience delivering initiatives in sectors including health, disability, aged care, education and foreign policy. He collaborates with clients to develop, review and reshape government policies, strategies and programs that positively impact communities.

Drawing on his experience in Government, the university sector and NGOs, Sam brings together stakeholders to tackle complex challenges—whether supporting reforms in the prevention and control of chronic disease, leading responses to complex social services reviews and inquiries, or managing evaluations of local and national grants and services. He combines rigorous analysis with practical, actionable recommendations that clients can implement with confidence.

Outside of work, Sam is a father of two, plays tennis, enjoys bushwalking and being in the ocean.
