Her approach combines methodical analysis with genuine stakeholder engagement, ensuring diverse voices shape the solutions she develops. 

Emma is adept at connecting high-level strategy with on-the-ground implementation, ensuring this can translate into real-world impact while helping clients build their capability and capacity for sustainable improvement. 

Outside work, she applies the same meticulous planning to her holidays, cheers court-side at her kids' basketball games, embraces being a proud Swiftie, and unwinds with true crime podcasts, all while receiving her ongoing education in K-pop courtesy of her children.
