Caroline believes that evidence-based approaches are essential for creating meaningful social change—and she's dedicated her career to making measurement matter.

Through her work in evaluation and research, she helps organisations understand their impact and refine their strategies across diverse domains, including global health, international development, and social policy. With expertise spanning performance frameworks, large-scale data analysis, and program evaluation, Caroline brings analytical rigour to complex challenges.

She has supported a wide range of clients to integrate evaluation, monitoring, and learning across program cycles, including the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, USAID, DFAT, the Centre for India–Australia Relations, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Nespresso, and Mondelez. Her career spans a range of focus areas, including surgical access, maternal and child health, WASH, school-based vision and audiology screening, microfinance, agricultural development, and Aboriginal affairs.

Outside of work, Caroline likes all things aquatic, swimming, snorkelling and surfing.
