Anna brings a rare combination of policy expertise and design thinking to every challenge she takes on. With 12 years of experience spanning the European Union and New Zealand, she has guided complex legislative processes through the EU's decision-making machinery – balancing stakeholder buy-in, political feasibility, and operational reality.

 

At Allen + Clarke, she draws on her background in both European policy and UX design to create user-centric solutions that bridge the gap between legal frameworks and real-world implementation across government, regulatory, and non-profit sectors. Outside of work, Anna recharges by surfing, skiing, and hiking — pursuits that reflect the same sense of adventure and adaptability she brings to her work.
