When she’s not introducing her toddler to the joys of gardening or settling in for a Lord of the Rings marathon, Jodie tackles complex organisational challenges with the same patient attention to detail. As a Senior Consultant, she helps organisations navigate change and solve problems by bringing clarity and real world solutions.

Her experience spans the housing, social and health sectors, where she’s conducted focus group research to help shape policies and systems that make a real difference in peoples’ lives. While she might enjoy the occasional nap, mostly she can be found energetically pursuing better outcomes for communities across Aotearoa.
