Eleanor thrives when tackling complex challenges, approaching each project with a sharp analytical eye and curiosity. With expertise spanning health, justice and social services, she regularly delivers large-scale reviews and evaluations through mixed methods research of strategies, policies, and programs for government and not-for-profit clients. 

Drawing on her experience as a human rights lawyer in Australia and overseas, Eleanor is known for her deep expertise in creating spaces where everyone's voice is heard. She has a proven ability to synthesise diverse perspectives and lead effective teams to deliver actionable outcomes for her clients.  

Outside work, she indulges her love of history through podcasts and books, and cherishes time with her family.
