Steph is passionate about using policy to create lasting and meaningful changes for communities. Drawing on her unique background of legal experience and biotechnology, she conducts global research working with clients in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific to come up with solutions to complex problems.

Her projects range from supporting Pacific labour mobility to developing public health strategies, always with a focus on improving outcomes for disadvantaged communities. A key part of Steph’s work is building relationships with stakeholders and connecting perspectives. Between projects, Steph recharges by exploring new places and catching as many sunsets as possible.
